Mostly warm and dry today, precipitation chances increase 
tomorrow, with enough instability for a slight chance of thunder 
in the afternoon. Significant moisture flow Monday evening through
Tuesday morning with precipitation chances AND CWRs near 90%, 
with a forecast of 0.5 - 0.9 inches of rain during this time. 
Lighter winds Sunday and Monday, becoming gusty up to 20 mph 
Tuesday afternoon. CWRs 20-40% each 12 hour period Tuesday evening
through Thursday. Marginal risk for flash flooding due to 
excessive rainfall, especially on higher intensity burn scars.
