High temperatures will range from the upper 60s in the Laurel Highlands to the mid 70s elsewhere across the Keystone state. Light rain is probable later today into early tonight across the southern and southeastern portions of the Commonwealth, most likely to the south of the Turnpike and east of Interstate 81. A few light showers are possible near and to the south of Interstate 80. Rain should exit the Lehigh and Delaware Valleys by early Sunday morning. Areas of dense fog may develop overnight particularly across the western and central parts of the state where skies will clear out late. Partly to mostly sunny and very warm conditions will close out the final weekend of September. High temperatures on Sunday between 75 to 85 degrees are 10 to 20 degrees above the historical average. $$
