.DISCUSSION...
Enhanced wrap around moisture on the back side of a low pressure
system centered over southeast California combined with increased
instability will bring an increased risk of scattered showers and
thunderstorms over the interior mountains on Saturday afternoon.
with the upper flow from the northeast, there is a small chance
(20 percent) of a shower or thunderstorm drifting near Goleta on
Saturday afternoon. If a thunderstorm were to develop, there would be 
the potential for brief heavy downpours and brief/erratic wind
gusts up to 40 mph. On Sunday morning, there will be a tingeing
deep marine layer pattern that will like lead to some light
drizzle, and a 10 percent chance of measurable light rain. 

.SATURDAY...

Sky/weather.........Cloudy with patchy drizzle in the morning, then
                    partly cloudy with a 20 percent Chance of showers
                    and thunderstorms in the afternoon. 
Max temperature.....Around 70. 
Surface winds (mph).Southeast winds 6 to 12 mph in the morning
                    becoming southwest by late afternoon. Locally 
                    stronger gusts near thunderstorms.

Sky/weather.........Cloudy with patchy drizzle in the morning then
                    becoming partly cloudy in the afternoon.  10 percent
                    chance of measurable light rain in the morning.
