levels. Diurnally driven winds in the morning will become 
westerly in the afternoon. Will see periodic gusts up to 10 mph
except in aligned drainages where speeds could reach up to 15
mph. Diurnal drainage winds again overnight into Thursday 
becoming northwesterly in the afternoon. Gusts as high as 20 mph 
in the afternoon. Cooler with higher humidity on Thursday.
