...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL BUCHANAN AND
NORTHWESTERN MCDOWELL COUNTIES THROUGH 400 PM EDT...

At 338 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Argo, or 14 miles north of Grundy. This thunderstorm was nearly
stationary.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Panther.
