Showers and thunderstorms are expected to move in the area of the
operations by the mid to late morning and continue into the 
afternoon. There is a 60% chance of showers moving over the repair
area between 1100-1700. Rainfall amounts will depend on where the
heavier showers develop with amounts varying between a couple 
hundreths (60% chance) to up to 0.50 inches (10% chance). In 
addition to rain, gusty outflow winds up to 30 mph should be 
expected near storms. Chances for showers will decrease on 
Wednesday and Thursday, but remain around 20-30%. Outside of 
showers and storms, winds will be generally terrain driven.
