  clear skies will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...Central and much of western North Dakota.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CDT /8 AM MDT/ this morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation, including 
  gardens and outdoor potted plants.
