Temperatures fell into the upper 40s to lower 50s across the state with the warmer temperatures lingering further south where the more dense cloud cover remained. Light northerly winds began to shift out of the west during the early morning hours. For today, some patchy fog is possible this morning, otherwise mostly sunny conditions are forecast. Below normal temperatures will continue with highs only reaching into the 70s across the region. Winds will turn out of the south to southwest and will remain light throughout the day. An overall stellar day is expected.. Tonight, the below normal, chilly temperatures are expected to continue as overnight lows fall into the lower to middle 50s under clear skies. Light southerly winds will persist areawide. $$
