.DISCUSSION...

Warm, dry, and smoky conditions will continue today, though 
temperatures will be slightly cooler than yesterday with only a 
low chance (10 percent) for high temperatures greater than 95 
degrees this afternoon. Temperatures will continue to trend cooler
Saturday and Sunday with chances for high temperatures greater 
than 95 degrees decreasing to 5 percent and then 0 percent 
respectively. Winds will become breezy from the east to northeast 
this afternoon and evening with wind gusts up to 15 mph this 
evening before subsiding overnight. Smoke from area wildfires will
remain in place through the day today with little to no clearing 
expected. It will remain hazy through early Sunday. Chances for 
light showers begin to increase Saturday evening with better 
chances on Sunday. Showers will be accompanied by a 20 percent 
chance of thunderstorms Sunday afternoon and evening.
