afternoon into the evening hours today.  Strong gusty and erratic winds
and lightning are possible with any thunderstorms.  

Outside of any thunderstorms, winds are expected to be light, generally 
less than 10 mph.

MIN RH values today will be 20 to 25 percent, with moderate overnight recoveries.

                    showers late in the morning. Slight chance of 
                    showers and thunderstorms late in the afternoon.
