.DISCUSSION...

The active monsoon weather pattern will continue through Saturday 
with daily afternoon and evening thunderstorm likely. Drier air spreads 
in for Sunday and especially Monday which should bring a decreasing 
trend in thunderstorm chances, though the site still could be impacted 
given its proximity to the mountains. The main thunderstorm risks will be 
heavy rainfall capable of producing flash flooding, lightning, 
gusty outflow winds up to 40 mph and some small hail with the more 
isolated stronger storms. The heavy rain risk will decrease some for
Sunday and Monday.  Temperatures will remain mild for this time 
of year with highs in the mid 60s to around 70 degrees each day.
