thermal belt conditions continuing. Poor recoveries on higher
slopes and good valley bottom recoveries with inversion tops near
5500 ft MSL. Very slight cooling and moistening with increasing 
mid- high level clouds through the next couple days. Slight 
chances for elevated convection which could produce erratic 
outflow gusts. Better chance (30%) for wetting rain by Thursday.
