.DISCUSSION...It will be cloudy in the morning with a few isolated
showers. Thunderstorms may redevelop during the afternoon if cloud
cover doesn't persist into the afternoon. Best time period for 
thunderstorm chances will be between 2pm and 8pm. Main hazard is 
gusty winds near the storm, outflow winds 20-30 mph ahead of the 
storm, locally heavy rain and frequent lightning. The overnight 
period will see partly to mostly cloudy skies with an isolated 
shower or thunderstorm still possible. For Wednesday afternoon 
thunderstorms are again expected, with the best time period for 
thunderstorm chances between 2pm and 8pm.
