.DISCUSSION...Hot and dry conditions persist at the incident site
through the weekend with a Heat Advisory out through Saturday
evening. Warm overnight temperatures and poor humidity recoveries 
will prevail across the higher elevations. A light south to 
southwest breeze will develop each afternoon and evening. Complex 
terrain near the incident may impact wind direction, particularly 
overnight and in the morning when winds become light and variable.
Daytime humidity retention will remain poor through the weekend. 
A cooling trend early next week will bring improving overnight 
humidity recoveries to the project site.
