moderate overnight recoveries (68-73%). Winds will be NW at 5 mph 
increasing to 10-15 mph around 11 AM becoming light around 11 PM and 
remaining light before increasing to 5-8 mph around 1PM. Inversion 
will remain overhead through at least 11 AM today before breaking 
and settling back in overnight and weakening in the afternoon.
