  beyond 5 fathoms...

* Until 700 PM EDT.

* At 621 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 9 nm southeast of
  D Tower, moving southwest at 10 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher 
           waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours.

* The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.

Prepare for wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, steep and fast-building
