concerns include lightning and locally gusty outflow winds. Winds 
will mostly be from the southwest, shifting to the north overnight 
around 2300 PDT, then back to the southwest. Inversions looking to 
break around 0700 PDT each day and mixing heights falling to near 
surface around 2100 PDT.
