...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM APPROACHING THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Volusia-Brevard County Line to Sebastian Inlet 0-20 nm...

At 603 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located
over Indian Harbour Beach, or over Melbourne, moving north at 20 
knots. Outflow from this thunderstorm will be gusty well out ahead 
of any precipitation.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
