...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT CENTRAL LEWIS AND CLARK COUNTY
THROUGH 1045 PM MDT...

At 1006 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms 19 miles northeast of Lincoln, or 35 miles west of
Cascade. These storms were nearly stationary.

HAZARD...Half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Bean Lake.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
