afternoon and again on Friday. Storm development will begin by
about 1400 PDT and last into the evening. Thunderstorms will be
capable of erratic, gusty winds of about 30-40 mph, frequent
lightning, and heavy rain. Friday will bring more widespread rain
and continued chances for thunderstorms. There will be about a 
50% chance for 0.20 in of rain in 24 hrs ending Friday evening.
