Gusty outflow winds from nearby thunderstorms will be erratic and
gusty up to 40 mph through 2000 local time. Thunderstorm threat 
will also continue through 2000 local time with mostly dry 
thunderstorms and frequent lightning. Overnight winds out of the
northeast will relax. Coverage of thunderstorms Thursday will be
greatest from 1300 to 2000 local time with localized heavy rain,
gusty winds near 35 to 40 mph and frequent lightning. Storms
Thursday will be wetter with more precipitation around 0.10 inch.
