.DISCUSSION...Hot and dry with general terrain-driven wind today
and Monday. This evening, the northwesterly breeze will increase 
slightly, but not expecting anything over 15 mph. On Monday, the
ridge begins to break down a bit. The afternoon/evening
northwesterlies will be a bit stronger, generally gusting around
20 mph (75th percentile gusts have 24 mph). The pattern change 
will occur Tuesday morning as a relatively dry cool front out of 
the north will pass through. There will be some cloud cover, and
more of a northerly component to the wind. Highs in the upper 70s,
and minimum humidity in the 20s percent. Northerly winds gusting
between 18 and 24 mph Tuesday. A general warm-up is expected
thereafter.
