* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be 
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Pennsylvania, including the following areas, 
  Allegheny, Armstrong, Clarion, Fayette, Forest, Higher Elevations 
  of Fayette, Higher Elevations of Indiana, Higher Elevations of 
  Westmoreland, Indiana, Jefferson PA and Westmoreland and northern 
  West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Preston, 
  Eastern Tucker, Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and 
  Northwestern Preston and Western Tucker.

* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. 
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
