Through noon, widely scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms 
will move west at near 15 knots through Straits of Florida, the Deep 
Gulf waters, and the nearshore waters surrounding the Lower Keys. 
Mariners encountering this activity can expect bouts of moderate to 
heavy rainfall reducing visibilities, wind gusts up to near 25 knots,
and possibly a few lightning strikes.
