.DISCUSSION...
Low pressure over the region will bring several opportunities 
for precipitation.  Today will come in the form of isolated showers
with a 10-15% chance for lightning in the afternoon.  Winds will 
increase from the north and northwest or down Ice Creek/Entiat 
River through the  day.  Coverage of showers increases overnight 
then a band of steady light rain is anticipated on Saturday.  
On Sunday, there is a 60% chance for scattered showers in the 
morning then 30% chance for showers and thunderstorms in the 
afternoon.  Precipitation chances taper off Monday toward 20% 
with drier and warmer conditions Tuesday into Wednesday.
