Convective activity across Grand County as of 4 PM is minimal. 
Thunderstorms early in the afternoon have helped stabilize the 
environment. For the rest of the evening, there is a 20% chance of
a thunderstorm near the fire, and about a 40% chance of getting a
rain shower over the fire. West winds are the favored direction 
through 6 PM, and should decrease in speed now through the evening
hours. By 7 PM winds should be 4-6 mph and out of the south or 
southwest. We do not expect any wind stronger than 4-6 mph tonight
nor any wind shifts unless a thunderstorm moves overhead. Expect
