the fire Monday and Tuesday. Critical daytime RHs below 20% 
with poor overnight recoveries. Winds will shift through the day
Monday beginning from the N switching to W around 8 AM then again 
around 11 AM to the SW and again at 5 PM to the NW ranging between 
5 to 8 mph then increase to near 12 mph after 5 PM Monday. 
Tuesday winds will begin NW between 5 to 8 mph then shift again 
to the W near 11 AM.
