.DISCUSSION...General winds becoming increasingly southwesterly 
through the day today. A relatively dry cold front will pass over
the prescribed area around 0100 MDT reinforcing southwesterly
winds and producing a chance for a passing elevated shower that 
may bring wind gusts to 30 mph temporarily. A very low chance for 
wetting rain exists with this feature. Temperatures cool off
slightly into Thursday with drying conditions expected by sunrise
and lasting through the rest of the day.
