Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A stationary front over the Gulf of Maine this evening will remain nearly stationary or drift slowly S later tonight into Mon night while slowly weakening. The weak front will lift N over the area as a warm front Tue as low pressure moves slowly E over western New England and the northern Mid-Atlantic states. Weak low pressure will move slowly E off the New Jersey coast Tue night, and track E over the waters just S of the area Wed. Another low will track E over northern New England Wed, and then move E and NE over the northern Gulf of Maine and Bay of Fundy Wed night into Thu with a trailing cold front moving E and SE over the area. The front will likely stall S of the area Thu night as the next low pressure area develops. The developing low will move E and NE Fri into Fri night and pass near or just S and E of the waters.
