...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 730 AM CDT SUNDAY...
...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall will continue.

* WHERE...A portion of north central Arkansas, including the 
  following counties, Fulton, Izard, Sharp and Stone.

* WHEN...Until 730 AM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. It will take 
  several hours for all the water from these storms to work through 
  local drainage systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 906 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated heavy rain. Flooding will continue across the
    warned area. Between 6 and 12 inches of rain have fallen.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.
