.DISCUSSION...

* The next storm arrives Wednesday bringing gusty southwest winds 
  along with chances for mountain snow (above 7000 feet) and valley 
  rain.

* Strong winds begin around 0800 and peak between 1200-1500. 
  Wetting rains (at least 0.10") arrive around 1600 to the burn
  area which may help to dampen the winds. 

* Potential for wintry precipitation persists Thursday into 
  the weekend with temperatures cooling to below average.
