Through 4 pm, isolated showers will move west southwest at 20 to 25 
knots through the Lower Keys and its nearshore waters, as well as the
Gulf waters near P tower and in the Straits of Florida south of 
the Eastern Dry Rocks. Mariners may encounter wind gusts of 25 to 30
knots and reduced visibilities in bouts of moderate downpours. 
Island communities between Key West and Big Coppitt Key could pick 
up a few hundredths of an inch of rainfall.
