...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM CDT TUESDAY THROUGH TUESDAY 
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Iowa, including the following areas, Buena 
  Vista, Cherokee, Clay, Dickinson, Ida, O'Brien and Woodbury and 
  northeast Nebraska, including the following area, Dakota.

* WHEN...From 1 AM CDT Tuesday through Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At least a couple rounds of rainfall are expected, the first
    Monday night and an additional one Tuesday afternoon.
    Rainfall amounts may exceed 2 inches in some areas which may
    result in isolated to scattered flash flooding, and more
    commonly, ponding of water in urban and poor drainage areas.
