...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 945 AM CDT WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Nebraska, including the following 
  county, Madison.

* WHEN...Until 945 AM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 945 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported that the north
    fork of the Elkhorn River at the east Benjamin, east Norfolk,
    and east Omaha avenue bridges was out of its banks, but still
    well within the flood containment embankments.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Norfolk.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
