...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 5 AM MONDAY TO
5 AM EDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 9 
  inches across the higher terrain of the Tug Hill Plateau.

* WHERE...The Eastern Lake Ontario Region. The greatest 
  accumulations will be confined to the higher terrain of the 
  Tug Hill Plateau, there will be far less accumulation for 
  lower elevations.

* WHEN...From 5 AM Monday to 5 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult at times with snow covered,
  slippery roads and poor visibility. Snow will more readily stick
  to paved surfaces from around sunset through mid morning, with
  melting during the day due to the influence of the high March 
  sun angle. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or 
  evening commute on Monday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Periods of snow will result in snow covered roads and limited
visibilities. Slow down and use caution while driving.
