At 725 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were
located along a line extending from 24 nm northwest of Murrells Inlet
to 6 nm northwest of Capers Island Buoy, moving east at 25 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours. Boaters should seek
safe harbor immediately until these storms pass. If caught on the
open water, prepare for deteriorating conditions. Make sure you and
your crew are wearing properly fitted life jackets.
