.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Southerlies and steep 
seas will continue to diminish through the morning, with light winds
expected for most of today. Showery conditions will continue through
most of the day, but will gradually diminish into the evening. An 
area of low pressure will approach the area Thursday, but is 
currently forecasted to remain off the coast. Winds and seas will 
increase again, with the greatest impacts in the outer waters, but 
will diminish again by Thursday night. Seas will remain elevated as a
westerly swell builds in Friday.
