then shifts of the area Wednesday and Thursday, with mostly fair
weather and temperatures shifting above normal. Waves of low 
pressure will cross the Northeast Thursday night through Friday 
bringing a period of precipitation with mostly rain favored 
south of the mountains. Cooler air arrives over the weekend with
snow showers possible in the mountains.
