A mild and dry week is expected across the Northern Plains. Lows 
tonight will range from the single digits along the International 
Border to the mid 20s in southern South Dakota. Temperatures will 
vary significantly across the region on Tuesday and Wednesday, 
with near normal highs in the lower to mid 30s across the far 
north, and well above normal temperatures in the upper 40s to 
lower 50s across the south. Expect a brief cooldown to end the 
work week, with breezier winds as well. Another warming trend is 
then forecast region-wide for the weekend.
