Oconee, Oconee, McIntyre, Irwinton, Oconee, Dublin, Mount Vernon...
Minor flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Oconee River at Dublin.

* WHEN...Until this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Flood stage is reached. Minor flooding 
  begins in the woodlands and natural flood plain along the river 
  upstream and downstream from the gage on U.S. Highway 80.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 5:45 AM EST Monday the stage was 21.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage in
    the next few hours.
  - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    21.0 feet on 03/23/1923.
