.SYNOPSIS...A complex area of low pressure W of the N waters will
move NE through Mon night and then move N of the area Tue. The
associated cold front extending across the central and southern
waters will continue to weaken while drifting SE and then
dissipate across the southern waters Tue and Tue night. A
secondary surface trough will move across the waters Tue and Tue
night as the low moves N of the area. Thereafter, high pressure
will build in across the waters Wed and Wed night. The next area
of low pressure will develop W of the N waters Wed night into Thu
with the associated cold front reaching the N waters Thu and
moving E across the central waters Thu night into Fri. The low
will be W of the central waters Fri and begin to drift E Fri
night.
