...Band of Heavier Snow Tonight into Early Friday Morning...

.Light snow is expected to move into northwest Iowa tonight before
progressing south and east with time through the overnight hours.
Although totals in many areas will be 1" or less, a band of 
heavier snow with accumulations of 2 to 4 inches is expected, 
generally west of I-35 between roughly US Highway 30 and US 
Highway 20. Snow rates may reach towards 0.5 to 1 inch per hour at
times during the overnight hours within this heavier band of snow.
Snow tapers off northwest to southeast early to mid morning
Friday.
