.DISCUSSION...
Updated to increase wind speeds from Billings west.
Today will be a drier day with southwest flow aloft taking over. 
Areas of fog will be around this morning but should lift by noon. 
The southwest flow will bring the mountains a chance (30-50%) of 
snow. Good mixing will produce gusty winds from Billings west. The
chance of snow will increase Tuesday and Tuesday night as the 
next system approaches from the west. The chance of snow will 
increase over the west Tuesday and then spread east Tuesday night.
The chance of snow will continue to increase for the Wednesday 
through Thursday time frame with 50-60% chance of at least 2 
inches of snow from Wednesday into Friday. Temperatures will be 
slightly above seasonal today and Tuesday, cooling to seasonal for
