.DISCUSSION...
Santa Ana winds continue to dissipate with moist onshore flow
increasing but warm air mass and upper level ridge remains over
southern California. Benign weather for Tuesday and Wednesday but
still warm above average temperatures with cooling pushing inland
on Wednesday. Patchy fog on the immediate coast, mainly Wednesday morning
otherwise dry daytime humidity. Precipiation is expected to arrive
Thursday morning and it would become widespread and heavy at times
Thursday afternoon. The colder air arrives Thursday evening and remains
in place through Friday for lower snow levels down to 4500 feet. 
Precipitation Thursday night and Friday will be showery. The showers
end Friday night for dry conditions on Saturday. The next Pacific storm
is slow moving and could bring light precipitation late Sunday afternoon
but the main significant precipitation would be Monday and Tuesday
with showers lingering into Wednesday.
