.SYNOPSIS... 

Widespread showers and a few thunderstorms will move across the area 
this afternoon and early evening. A few showers will continue into 
Friday, but most places will likely stay dry with temperatures 
remaining in the 60s. Friday night through Saturday, another system 
will bring a return of widespread showers and a few thunderstorms 
with cooler conditions by Sunday.
