Wind chills as low as 50 below zero. North-northeast winds 15 to 25 mph. * WHERE...Lower Kuskokwim Valley. * WHEN...From 7 PM Sunday to 7 PM AKST Monday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 5 minutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A cold Arctic air mass is in place over interior Alaska through Monday night.
