This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Arkansas, 
southwest Arkansas, north central Louisiana, northwest Louisiana, 
southeast Oklahoma, east Texas and northeast Texas.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Temperatures will not be as cold tonight but a brief period of
freezing temperatures are forecast this evening before temperatures
warm back to above freezing after midnight across all but portions of
Southeast Oklahoma, Southwest Arkansas and portions of Northern and
Northeastern Louisiana. There could be some light drizzle returning
late tonight across the region but amounts are not expected to be
significant enough to result in any travel problems across Southeast
Oklahoma, Southwest Arkansas or Northern and Northeastern Louisiana
were temperatures may still be below freezing by sunrise Thursday
Morning. 

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

A return to very cold temperatures are forecast for Friday Night
through Saturday Night across the Four State Region but this next
airmass will not be as cold as the previous one. A mix of freezing 
rain and sleet will be possible late Sunday and into early Monday 
north of the Interstate 20 corridor, especially across Southeast 
Oklahoma and Southwest Arkansas. Temperatures are expected to warm 
enough during the day Monday for any wintry precipitation to 
transition to all liquid rain. Thunderstorms will be possible across 
Louisiana and East Texas Monday and into Tuesday.
