...WIND CHILL WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM CST /5 PM MST/ THIS 
EVENING TO NOON CST /11 AM MST/ MONDAY...

* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills. Wind 
  chills as low as 35 below zero. For the Wind Chill Warning, 
  dangerously cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 55 
  below zero.

* WHERE...Western and central North Dakota, including the James 
  River Valley.

* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Advisory, until 6 PM CST /5 PM MST/ this 
  evening. For the Wind Chill Warning, from 6 PM CST /5 PM MST/ this 
  evening to noon CST /11 AM MST/ Monday.

* IMPACTS...Wind chill values will fall to extremely dangerous 
  levels. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on 
  exposed skin in as little as 5 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Avoid outside activities if possible. When outside, make sure you 
wear appropriate clothing, dressing in layers and covering exposed 
skin. If traveling, carry a winter survival kit and inform others of 
your travel plans.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
