Wind chills this morning will have fallen into the 20 to 30 degree range, with the coldest values in north central South Dakota. Temperatures will not move much for today, with readings falling off this evening. Wind chills will again drop to 20 to 30 degrees below for most of the CWA. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday. Winds will increase late Friday and continue to gust into Saturday (winds of 30 to 45mph) resulting in blowing and drifting snow. Temperatures and wind chills will also continue to drop through Friday, bottoming out during the weekend with low temperatures around 20 below and wind chills as low as 40 to 50 below. It will take a while for the cold air to leave, with below normal temperatures through the first half of next week. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
