deaths occur in vehicles.

NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Lamprey River near Newmarket.

* WHEN...From Thursday morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Bennett Road in Durham starts to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:15 AM EST Wednesday the stage was 5.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tomorrow morning and continue rising to a crest of 9.6
    feet Friday morning.
  - Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
